Hello,
I have finally found myself a job (yay!! ) and am trying to figure out how much tax i have to pay for it.
However, i do not understand what the term "notional income" means (cz of me being foreign i think).
I think it is income from which both income tax and NICs are calculable from.
So could someone please tell me if I'm correct or not? |

coppa your talking rubbish to have a legitamate permamant job here in the UK you have to have an Income tax code and an NI number, from what I can gather about the Czech Republic, you have health/hospital, pension and another one deducted separatly on your pay slip.
go to www.cwjobs.co.uk and have a look around for the contractor pay calculator, you can put in ni number and tax code and it shows you how much.
National Insurance is to pay for the NHS and GP's for health care, Pension and for social welfare - unemployment, child benefit disability benefit... so you can see if coppa doesn't want to pay it he just doesn't give a shit about society |
