Yes Urban it has been noticed that you hardly bother to read the forum, because if you did you might actually see there is a problem and your job as a moderator would not be questioned so much !!!! |

This isn't a job, Kiwi... and the problem of the boards being taken over by right wing racists has been noted by numerous posters already. |

I can tell from your posts that you have a tendency to weigh in on the side of an underdog, deservedly or not. I mostly go through the forums taking out spam posts and letting admin know the usernames concerned. if i'm at a loose end i'll have a read of some of the discussions, edit out some of the really ghastly entries here and there...
If these boards are to be moderated properly Gumtree should recruit a dedicated team of volunteers whose broadband connection costs, plus a portion of electricity bill are paid.
Or they could just employ moderators on shifts from their offices, perhaps? |

OK, fair point. When there are posts regarding children in the wrong context, these should be deleted straight away this sort of talk makes me sick to the stomach. Gumtree should do something about that and employ people properly and pay for their bills |
