He means he's a racist middle age twat who has no life, thats why he's spending his misrable days on this forum bullying people, probably working in tesco and when he see's none white shoppers he mumbles blaming them for him being the one mopping. |

thats ages , for normal cases its a few weeks, give the home office a call and ask them whats happening, exceptionally complicated case can take awhile but not 8 months.
If you used a company to help with the visa get them to chase it for you.
goodluck

It depends on what country your spouse is from & where your application was made, here or in their country.
The way it works (basically) is that you make an application and it will probably take about 3 months for them to get thei interview. If they fail their interview you have 21 days to ldge an appeal. It can then take about 7 months for you case to be processed and then you receive your own interview date. Once you have had your appeal interview, it can take another 2 weeks to get a response from the Immigration Judge. If they have allowed the appeal, the documents them have to go to the spouses country which can take another 6 weeks.
Its a long, tortuous process, but is worth it in the end. Just hang in there. |
