Does anyone know the enviornment of Derby in England? I will be moving there for one month or so and I've never been there. What sort of place is it? A party town or a more relaxed place.

I shall be moving between August and February.

Also, is it difficult to find available flatshares? Is it a costly place?

I have only just recently returned to London from Derby. There are places where it is like a scene from Emmerdale (i.e. Bakewell and Matlock) but Derby itself is fantastic. Had one of the best nights out there, they even have a gatecrasher club up there. Hope you have as much fun as I did
