Hi guys,

we have created a Gumtree Widget for you to enjoy, it's designed to run on Windows platform.

For those of you who have not heard of Widgets, they are "... little files that can do pretty much whatever you want them to. Widgets can be alarm clocks, calculators, can tell you your WiFi signal strength, will fetch the latest stock quotes for your preferred symbols, and even give your current local weather …." and now they can also show the latest Gumtree ads on your pc desktop;-)

In order to make it work though, you need a Yahoo! Widget Engine installed on your machine, you can find it here http://widgets.yahoo.com/win/

Any plans on extending it? I like the idea but it needs to be configurable so you can choose which categories to monitor.

Also, the scrolling descriptions thing doesn't work!
