Hi everyone,
I am going to Thailand in May but can't decide whether to go to Hua Hin or Krabi.
Has anyone been to either of these places and let me know what they thought?
Thanks! |

Seemed to be full of tourists over the age of 40. Sounds like you'd be better off going to Krabi although I know nothing about it. |
Can your good self or anyone recommend a cheap flight company, need a one way for 8th April |

Hi,
I love Koh Phangan! Especially with the beach party etc. Its just such a blast. Phuket is cool - its very touristy tho. Try the next beach along at kamala - a bit more empty! I was there last Xmas when unfortunately the Tsunami hit - so they need as much holiday money as possible.
If you want cheap flights, check out sortmystay.com. You can just email them an enquiry, with dates etc and they get back to you with costs. If lower then you can book it. If not the only other one is expedia.com, but i've always found that a bit pricey!
Enjoy and give my love to Phuket!

Thanks Tony La
I've been to Phuket and Samui so this time I want to go somewhere different...hence Hua Hin and Krabi
Thanks for the flight advice too, I've found them for £420 direct, I think that is about as good as it's going to get!! |

Krabi would be recommended as it is one of Unseen paradise2 of Thailand. Check website of Tourism Authority of Thailand http://www.tourismthailand.org/
Huahin is nearer to Bangkok. Nice and cheaper hotels or resorts. Lots of things to do there as well but seem like Krabi is the popular tourist place for those who loves beauty of the beach.
Cheapest ticket now is Royal Jordanian (1 stop), Non stop promotion is Thai airways 414 from expedia.co.uk, BA 449 from british airways website or airlines network, eva 417 from thomas cook.
Some travel agent or web offer you to top up 30 or 40 of thai airways price for return domestic flight. and that is a good deal cos real price of domestic for thai airways are higher than that.
If u wanna save money you can buy cheap budget airlines in thailand ex. phuket air, nokair, pbair, oreint thai
Plan for your journey!!! Have fun, mate |
