I am finding it a struggle to find a private landlord to rent from and from what I have found letting agents charge all sorts of fees.
I don't mind paying a bit, but one quoted me £225 "administration" fee!
Anyone know any good agents particularly in South West London

| From all of the agents I called, fees seem to range from 150-250 pounds. Just call around and ask up front what the fees are. |

| dont bother with agent try local shops, window display or loot,gumtree, or friends, ignore all the agents fees you will be better off |
