BEWARE OF THIS LANDLORD AND THIS PROPERTY COMPANY
LINCOLN PROPERTY IS VERY TRICKY AND THEY WILL CHARGE FOR YOUR DEPOSIT ALMOST ALL OF OF IT AND VERY LATE TO GIVE YOU BACK WHEN YOU FINISHED WITH THIER CONTRACT. ALSO, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE UNREASONABLE THINGS AND UNBELIEVABLE PRICE EVEN WEAR AND TEAR SIMPLE USEGE.

I've paid too much for the deposit which they deducted already, and they still owed me a lot and they refuse to pay me back , and the worse thing is they made it up that I have to pay for more damage thing like repaint room..it's wear and tear normal using man..
That's so unfair price believe me..I don't wanna say it here
Just beware if you're looking to move in Discovery Dock or around Dockland area.

i hate the "wear & tear" line, its a tenants explanation for everything thats damaged. Its amazing you can near enough always tell a tenanted property from an owner occupier property. Why is that? |

| It's ok if a tenant has to pay the deposit in reasonable charge but , if it's unfairly like my case I got to do something |
