How much would you pay? - looking for advice

How much will you be willing to pay for double room in 3 bedroom flat, sharing with one couple; phone; broadband; separate lounge with eating area; separate toilet and bathroom?
It is 7 min walk from Clapham South station, close to loads of buses, very green area and peacefull.
Friendly flatmates Very Happy

, don't mind if you have a pet (as long as you care for it and it won't eat our goldfish).
As per disadvantage: ex-council building, single glazing, old boiler and timer for water/heating (no power shower).

Any honest advice appreciated, thanx.

I would say £110 per week and four weeks rent as deposit

As I've been looking at prices of flat rental recently that is a pretty fair estimate I think
