I don't get it
If you have a black man from Africa and a black man from the Caribbean can one be racist to the other?
I was just reading about some guy who says he was racially discriminated against at work..i figured his employers must have been white..but nope they were black the same as him..only they come from Africa and he comes from the Caribbean
So now i am thinking that if you had an Englishman who worked for a bunch Scottish men or vice versa and they treated him badly..seeing as they are all white men that must be racist to huh?
All seems a tad far fetched to me |

I don't think it can be termed as "rascism" considering they have a common origin.
However, prejudice and bigotry are a part of every culture and country. Even people of the same race or country will have different sections of society that look down upon one another or even openly discriminate against them. Sad but true |

| Its known astribalism, and it was going on for centuries before the white man hit African shores. you gotta remember, some of the hatred goes back 1000's of years, which is what is so difficult for europeans (ie white folk) to unnerstand about the coons in SA. they hate each other more than the whites! |

This guy took it to a race equality tribunal because he says they didn't give him the pay rise he was promised because he was the wrong kind of black. Maybe he was just shite at his job huh ? |

Maybe he was shite at his job, but I wouldn't be surprised if it really was discrimination. We still have so many problems with the caste system in India... it's shameful I don't see why it should be any different with other cultures |

Reminds me of the hilarious lines the shopkeepers at the souk in Syria would say to catch our attention...
One guy yelled out to us - Hey would you like to buy something? I have many things - cheap and nasty!

My youngest Son and have lived in Arabic speaking countries and we are both fluent speakers of that language ............... I used to love it in the Souks when we spoke English to each other and could hear them ( native shopkeepers ) chatting amonsgt themselves that they thought they had " silly bloody tourists with lots of Dirhams or Riyals to spend " .............. It was then that Son and I would launch an attack in pure educated Arabic and sent their heads firmly up their Arseholes ..........Was very funny indeed .......... They were soooooooooooo embarrassed ( sp ) at the loss of face they would end up just about giving the product away to us ................. LOLOLOL |
