guys any news about univisas clients i called ho they said my passport is stamped and sent to univisas there office is closed now. i dont know where my passport is.

hi guys,
there are many univisas clients who are suffering in silence. if univisas is closed down where are our documents and why is no one taking any responsibility. we have done nothing wrong. rakhi shahi is oisc registered and we have been fair with our applications and what she has done we do not know. so guys come forward and let us find a solution for this. anyone who knows whats going on and when will we get our documents back please let me know.

Univisas has been raided on the 1st of May for Fraud issue's. I know Rakhi and she does use Fraud doc's for her applicants, hence 100% guaranteed.
You can go to the local Police Station for more info. However, they wont be able to tell/update anything at all and will ask you to contact OISC and get the relevant department/person in charge and write to them. Tell them you need the passport and if you are in any way associated with Rakhi;s fraud activities and that you need the passport to travel. Legally, they cant hold your passport for any reason.

Hi all,

i applied for hsmp from univisas and it got rejected. i managed to get my passport sent to me on 10 may somehow but my papers are still with them. Jitender was the person who was dealing with my application. now there number has changed, no one picks up the phone in univisas i have emailed them like million times but no replies.
Any help would be appriciated as i need my papers back.
did anyone visited univisas? is there anyone at their office?

Three NRIs, including two women, have been charged with immigration related offences in London, the Metropolitan Police said on saturday.

Jatinder Kumar Sharma, 43, was charged with obtaining leave to remain in Britain by deception and possessing a false identity document.

Neelam Sharma, 37, was charged with assisting unlawful entry, whereas, Rakhi Shahi, 30, was charged with obtaining leave to remain in UK by deception.

All three appeared at Ealing Magistrate's Court where they were remanded in custody.

i had applied for approval through univisas bac in january and still waiting for approval from homeoffice and its been like 5 months now...does the univisa closedown have anything to do with my application getting late???

Of course. Call OISC and ask for the person/department who is in charge of UNIVISAS and write to them. Call WPUK at 01142074074 and ask the agent if your case is approved.

Sorry to hear that u visa got rejected. Which visa would u apply for now ??? or r u gonna appeal?? I have applied for HSMP throuh Rakhi , she made my application on 28th Feb and i m still waitin for my passport. Can I ask when did u make ur application and who did u apply through?
I really need some help cuz my application has been made and i m not sure what direction i shud be heading in .

Hi , sorry about the situation , its all sad but what we have to do is to make pressure on the authority who is actually having the documents with them.

So as the reply from OISC which clearly says the documents had been seized by police and clients of Univisas have to contact DUTY OFFICE EATON HOUSE (02088145070) TO RETREIVE THE DOCUMENTS.

If anybody is told about the documents or when we can get it .....Please update the forum .

we shd contact each other to sort out the situation quickly .......and to make a pressure on them to return the documents as soon as possible.

So come forward and help each other with the latest updates with the individual situation .

hi all
if you have applied through univisas and your passport or documents are wit home office you can cancel univisas authorization by calling home office and sending them change of circumstances form which can be downloaded from the home office website. u can also notify home office to change the address where ur documents/passport should be returned by using the same form so that ur passport would nt be returned to univisas.

hi guys i also applied through univisas and got stuck like u all last update at her office was a notice saying OFFICE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER UPDATES. i also went to the police station and they said there is nothing to worry about and all the documents are safe and HO or immigration will contact all everyone(documnt holders) themself...... but when i called HO they are refusing to give any information of my status if i gt the visa or not as they say they cant give any information bring 3rd party did anyone else called home office......

hi guys i applied for flr through univisas my current visa expired at 30 april when i called ukwp they said my passport has been sent to univisas on 7 may
but their office was closed on 1 may i called royalmail they said it hasbeen delivered on 7 may i dont know whats happening any advice

hey akki46 call 02088145050 EATON HOUSE and tell them the same thng and they will let you know abt your status cause mine was the same case and i called up royal mail and they said same thing soo call them and tell them u applied through univisas and wt royal mail said because EATON HOUSE has taken all the documents and passports from univisas office which was delivered by post.... anyone else looking for the samething plz doooooo the same

comon guys lets get it sorted and be together with each other!!!!!!!!!!!

dont think so. its because they(rakhi n crew) are cought with false identity or identity obtained with deception. So the case is more like on them. Furthermore, if they have given u the FLR, it is ompossible to revoke it. Unless u ask rakhi to get a false document like college letter or something then its a differnt issue... so take it easy, mr taman cuepacs doc's are also stuck...so take it easy, it will be all ok!!!

Hi Guys, thanks for the info.... i called the number and have given my contact details and they said as soon as the inquiry is over, they will contact me. I applied for my visa in Aug 2007 and it was rejected in nov 2007. my visa was valid until 12 dec 2007. Then Jitender told me that he will apply again so he applied on 25 nov and gave my passport along so that i can stay here until the decision was made. however it got rejected again on 25 april 2008 and jitender never told me. finally i manage to speak with him and he said he will appeal but i said just give my passport back so that i can go back. but then it took me a lot of effort to get my passport back. now i m in India and just waiting for my papers...
thats my story.

both the time my visa was rejected coz jitender screw up the papers.. so good luck to you guys who are waiting for your visas but if u ask me, India is much better than UK.... so do not worry too much coz probably u will b better off in india....
