| Brothers yes when i called them they said i got leave to remain now i had to go to india after this dont know where is my passport does any 1 got the passport back from immigration yet |

hi
i called home office they said my passport has been sent back to univisas, i called royal mail they don't have any information at all, univisas was closed home office hasn't received it back, royal mail now says it is missing item. home office has refused to tell if my passport is stamped or not. i don't know what to do. it had original qualification certificates and pay slips as well. |

Hi there
I had applied for HSMP through Jitendra Sharma. In short my application got rejected on 29th April 2008 had applied on 24th Jan 2008. My documents are with Univisas as Sharma didnot informed me about my rejection. I am aware that he and his crew is under imigration investigation. Has any one got a call from HO regarding this case.... or anyone had a chat or meet some one at Eaton House.... Or anyone has been able to get hold of any crew @ univisas... |

TO THOSE WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR HSMP THROUGH UNIVISAS AND HAV NOT RECEIVED ANY REFERENCE NUMBER:- email the home office giving them details of when u applied, ur nationality and uur date of birth...they will give u the reference number through mail......BUT U WOULD HAVE TO SEND MAIL 4-5 times BEFORE THEY GIVE A REPLY.....
TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY GOT THE REF NUMBER :-
Call the home office give your reference number and your address so that the future communication will be to this address...Also they may ask u to send an email stating the same...do it...and then the address will be approved...
NOW I HAVE TO ASK PEOPLE READING THIS.......DO WE HAV TO SEND THE CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES FORM BECOS THEY HAV ALREADY SAID THROUGH FONE THAT THEY HAV CHANGED MY CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS FROM UNIVISAS TO MY CURRENT ADDRESS....
AND WAT DO WE STATE IN THE REASON FOR CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES...AND WOT CHANGE SHOULD BE REQUESTED???
WELL MY DOCUMENTS ARE STILL WITH THE HO AND I HAD APPLIED FOR APPROVAL BAC IN JAN....THEY SAID THT ITS STILL IN PROCESSING

| i applied for IGS and i didnt even gave my salary slips and real bnk statmnts i gave the stamnts which i went to the bnk n got it when i went to rakhi's of she said needs original statmnt but then she just applied without informng or even letting me know..... |

| i got my hsmp by myself and its my bad luck that i went 2 univisas for my flr() and due 2 them homeoffice ...treated me in a differnet way..first they stamp my passport 4 next three year then they cancel that stamp and i dont know what 2 do. |

| may [/b] be u r right but home office will stilll consider u as univisas client as u in there system because univisas fill ur send ur application on there behaf.. |
