i want to tell all univisas client that police is doing there job..as they r calling all of the college which been used by univisa n enquiring about the student if they r registered or not in those college whose files been sized by police from univisas office or who applied from univisas recently

i can reapply as they send me a letter but i think they still treat me as univisas client cause previously i applied my flr()through univisas they made a note on system about this its my badluck..as i been geniune but due univisas everthing is f***ed

my friend has sent the original educational documents from india to univisas, before they could apply for HSMP they closed the company.
when i called to DUTY OFFICE EATON HOUSE (02088145070) they asked to fax the scan copy of the document and my contact number.
they said it will be done asap if they haven't applied, i am sure they haven't applied as he was about to send the money for applying.. thank god he didn't send it.
waiting for update from them.....

if anybody receives call do update in the forum...

Hi Mitravi,

Even I hadn't applied and Univisas had asked for my original documents to find out whether I am eligible. Eaton House had asked me the same thing. I have sent them fax couple of times but haven't heard anything for the last one month.

I guess we should all meet and decide what can be done. I even met a solicitor and he said that nothing can be done till you get a correspondence from Eaton House and it can take upto 6 months!!!!

Do you think that immigration/police/Eaton House will investigate all the applications applied via Univisas in past ? Univisas was recommended by a friend and I had my HSMP approved through univisas back in January 2008. Although I applied FLR applied by myself because Sharma didn't treat my HSMP application very well and delayed it a lot. He also sounded a bit dodgy so I lost trust in him as my HSMP was approved.
Do you think I have risk my HSMP or FLR being cancelled (FLR was stamped in March 2008), as my application was handled by Univisas initially ?

Hi guys...... thanks a lot for creating this thread..... It is a helpful platform in this horrible situation...... I applied through Univisas for my HSMP in January 2008. My application was rejected but Jatinder put an appeal and it was accepted later. Now i was about to give my passport to Jatinder for stamping and all this happened. when i applied initially , i gave all documents to jatinder whatever he demanded.... but i reckon he may have used some JUGAAD docs as well in this process. Now suituation is..... I have got email copy of approval of HSMP which is addressed to Rakhi....My all docs are with Univisas yet except Passport.... Do you guys think it is advisable to request Home office for reprint of that approval letter......and if they send out reprint of that letter to my address..........then should I apply for stamping or do you think this is doggy now..... i mean at any time in future it will be revealed that wrong papers has been used in first place for approval. Please reply.....help will be highly appreciated.........we guys should meet..........
