Hi guys... im also one amoung the unfortunates who applied for my HSMP through univisas. I got no information about my application and dont even have the case number.. I had seen Rakhi in Feb and she told me instead of applying for IGS apply for HSMP coz the rule was changing. Now i have none of them. I reckon that my documents are in Eaton house.
What plans for you guys?.. are you guys gona wait for your rejected applications or trying for some alternatives... coz i read from an earlier post that they are even cancelling the approved applications. if you guys know any alternatives let me know... plz |

Hi All,
I called Eaton House day before yesterday and now they have a definitive list of 116 people whose documents have been collected from Univisas office.
Unfortunately, my documents were not found during the raid. And I also confirmed from Home Office that they haven't received my application. I don't know where Rakhi or someone else threw my documents.
I have now applied for duplicate passport which takes approx. 10 days. If anyone of you know about any of the Univisas staff who may be able to tell what have they done with few documents (like mine...) |

Hi everyone,
sorry to hear about UNIVISAS screwing loads of people, I set up www.tier1-workpermit.com a couple of years ago to try and point people away from these types of agencies.
If you are looking for a company, make sure they;
- DO NOT use mobiles only
- DO have a decent website
- DO NOT ask for cash up front before they even talk to you
- If it sounds too good a deal.... well it isn't
- DO make sure they are OISC registered - Call the OISC if you wnat they are really helpful
- DO NOT hand over your passport unless you are 100% happy with the agent who is dealing with your case - they will probably not be the person who 'sold' you he service.
Check the the www.tier1-workpermit.com site for some funny/bad/good reviews on other gumtree advertising visa agencies.
If you have any horror stories or happy ones please email them through to mail@tier1-workpermit.com I am in the process of re-doing the ite and want to have lots of reviews/stories on their to help people out BEFORE they pay out loads of cash and have ther lives ruined by cowboy visa companies.
(I used to work in the visa world, and have ecountered good and bad agents)

What did they say exactly of you calling,
In orkut when searching for Univisas, i came to know this contant, she has worked in Univisas.

This forum is for update of information not ordering others....
Instead of telling others doing, y can't u calll and update others...Take responsibility...
Guys when called to eaton house, they were asking for passport numbers, only documents with passort numbers they are telling now, as my case: my friend have submitted only educational documents to rakhi, so they told me to wait.
so guys whose passorts are held, try calling and check ur status. |

Hi,
BADGUY : Thanks for the tip. She has definitely worked for Univisas as I remember her face. I've left her a message. It's very unlikely that any of the documents will be found from Jitendra's house as his wife was arrested from their house and many letter heads were found from his house (as per the news report), that means his house was raided as well.
They are not revealing names but can check for your documents only if you tell your details. but, still no clue how much time it is going to take.
MAK17 : You are posting absurd comments. I don't think gujaratis will be dealt in any different way by the Home Office so point of creating groups in this forum.
Try out Indian Embassy yourself. It will definitely remind you of any govt. office in India. Please make sure to reach Indian Embassy latest by 7 AM in order to queue up to collect token to enter into the embassy. They issue 100 tokens every day from the token counter which opens at 9AM. People start queuing up from 5 AM in the morning!!!
