Hi All,
I have got my extension for Tier 1(HSMP). My intial HSMP was done by Univias.. i was very afraid about the extension.. with gods grace...i applied for extension and it was approved....
If all your documents are proper there is no problem in extending your visas..so if any one due for their extension do send for extension but make sure you have all your documents proper and the rest you can leave it to god...

All of you who have been suffering because of Univisas and long delays by UKBA, thanks GOD, good news is at last coming. Good Luck To all of you.
I have received this letter; form UKBA Harm & Compliance Team:
As you will be aware, the UKBA Harm & Compliance Team have been retaining your passport under section 17 of the Asylum and Immigration act 2004 while your case is assessed as to whether you have sought/obtained leave to remain in the United Kingdom by deception. This consideration was deferred, pending the conclusion of the criminal investigation against your former representative, Univisas.
On 3 June 2009, the three individuals associated with Univisas believed to have defrauded the Secretary of State by fabricating leave to remain applications for clients at a price were convicted of fraud offences, in the light of this development, active consideration has now been given to your case in view of all the available evidence.
Following a thorough review, it has been concluded that there is insufficient evidence to demonstrate that you have knowingly sought leave to remain by deception, either through complicity with Univisas, or by any other means. There is also no evidence that you have committed any other immigration offence, or that you are not meeting the relevant requirements under which your current leave was granted. Therefore, no enforcement action will be taken against you at this time.

| Hi Frreesoul thanks for updating, it is a big relief. Please also let us know that did you write to home office to ask about the status of your application or they replied themselves and when do you think they will send the documents back. Please also update that whether they will approve the application or what would be the end result of this long ordeal. |

Hi,
I read about your letter and was yesterday able to rejoice with you. I really wish you the best and thanks for updating the site. Well I had received the earlier mail asking what I was doing but not Got any reply form them yet.
I called them but they have no information. Well Its back to waiting for us I guess.
I am hopeful and praying and believe God will make a way.

Thank you so much for updating along. I am a bit confused because feb 2009
has already passed so does he has to apply again and what about his status in UK then? Please update and i am hoping it was a typing error and he got ext upto to 2010. |

| pp and all docs returned. tier 1 until feb 2010. heard couple of guys were embushed by UKBA, not sure if got punished or deported but dfinitely banned for 10 yrs. no other info at the moment. contact your solicitors or HO. my couz didn have any docs provided by univisas, basically 100% genuine case, not sure about those in this forum who got univisas to submit fraudulent docs...but keep an extra eye open! adios |

Hey! Please update if anyone has any information.
The people who got their visas, please update one point on the forum. Did u apply under the old scheme or the new one initially? And if it was under the old scheme, how did u get the visas on the passport cos under the old rules the submission of the passport wasn't required.
Your reply would be really appreciated and loads of prayers for future, for all of them who r helping others in this difficult situation by updating and sharing. |

Well l called them a couple of times and the last call I made to themwas this week asking for updates.
They took a long time to understand my case and they had no updates They told me to fax to them or write to them telling that I had not received any updates and tell them I have no job.. |
