I have been the victim of a scammer named Fernando Rodrigues who has a 'company' called Vision08. I have invested £5000 with this individual on the premise that I would receive 10% of that amount every week for the rest of the year. I invested the money at the end of January and have received nothing since.

He has an army of toerags 'working' for him including Daniel Wuche used to use the e-mail address eza4da07@hotmail.com who uses the e-mail address tiki_08@live.co.uk

I was shocked to find that they paid for an premium top page advertisement on here. I have ito give credit to Gumtree because many a time over the last few weeks I have reported the advert to them and each time they have removed the advert. So I want to thank Gumtree for that. I do hope that Gumtree finds a way to block these people permanently as I dont want others to lose their money as I have.

This post is sent under ,the right of reply.

I represent Visionfinance Uk Ltd. Previously known as Vision 08. We are very happy that the author of this post ,assumes another email address ,which is very well known in Scams.com as a fraudster. It's a shame that Mr Hamilton,Andrew , or Regina ,or Tracey keeps hidding behind a computer screen using several email accounts ,pointing an acusing finger and trying to hold hostage a company that has more then 5000 clients worldwide. It is a shame, that he uses Gumtree to spread his lies ,with no consequence. But Mr Hamilton ,we will locate you and serve you notice ,for you to have a chance to say in court what you claim online. And maybe, then you can explain also, why you were trying to launder £30,000 ... And why you used somebody else bank account, to try to get an account with the company I represent.
We would like to confirm ,that Mr Fernando Rodrigues is a Financial Manager ,working full time at Vision Finance ,and Mr Daniel Wuche is a student ,working as part time agent .
We also would like to declare that we have in our possession emails from Mr Hamilton ,asking to act as agent on behalf of Vision 08.All his correspondence will became public after the legal procedures are complete.

If there’s one thing worse than someone lying and bringing your company into disrepute on the web, then it must be said liar starting a sock puppet to push his lying case.

Lets have a look and let you, the jury decide.

Opinions are my own , nowt to do with gumtree and I am fairly unbiased.

First off Whitehouse’s post
In my experience anyone, offering you 10% back a week, on a sum invested has to be a crook.

I managed to find vision08 website amateurish, no contact details, doesn’t look good

Mr Lawyer scam .com is a list of other sites and gives no information that I can see.
He mentions 4 names that aren’t mentioned in the original email, poss 4 punters who have been scammed and he is using a scattergun approach to put them off?
And a wee bit o latin at the end as a frosting on the cake
Interestingly both posters use free emails you would think a lawyer would use his work one.
Please come back Mr Murphy with your company name and address.

Murphy's law is an adage in Western culture that broadly states that if anything can go wrong, it will. "If there's more than one possible outcome of a job or task, and one of those outcomes will result in disaster or an undesirable consequence, then somebody will do it that way." It is most often cited as "Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong" (or, alternately, "Whatever can go wrong will go wrong, and at the worst possible time, in the worst possible way"). The saying is sometimes referred to as Sod's law or Finagle's law.

Dear montyzuma. Thank you, for your reply. It was fair and sensible. It would take me more than a few lines to get this matter sorted. I do not have the time ,and neither this is the place . I can't go much further on details , This is a court matter and it will be sorted in court.
I'm posting in my name ,and for confidentiality and legal reasons ,and as per my right I use a free email. Hope we clear on that chapter ,or we would have to ask you for your qualifications to act as a moderator. And may be give here your home address...The names used in my post aren't of any other punters than ,mr Hamilton himself.
About the adage ,Murphy's Law ,it's a right that I have, to use as my name is Murphy ,if people can read between the lines ... The "latin bit " means nothing more than a very old Roman saying ,that states simply the wheight of the Law , Hard Law ,It's the Law. And usually it's served wisely.
Vision finance ,website serves it's purposes ,as required by the people who manages it. And NO where on that site is stated that 10% will be paid weekly.
There is a page, where anybody wishing to be contacted by Vision can leave their details. Then it's up Vision Finance to filter that info ,and decide if they want to trade with that person.
Scams.com as changed it's name, but we have copies of the posts ,that we mentioned.
We reserve the right ,to keep all information about that subject confidential ,until court procedures take place.

Absente reo and Absit invidia

i hope you will pardon me from argumentum ad ignorantiam

Hi Murphy law can you give us you companies name and address then?
I cant see what confidenciality that would breach and otherwise it's your word against his. and you might be a scammer.

re your clients webpage most good financial sites have an address and a contact phone no. People are giving their hard earned cash over after all

re the latin yes i know what it means. I was a bit surprised you used it.
A scammer would, to try and promote their case. re the amount of reverend doctors punting 419 scams

Absum!

No specific skills are required to be a volutary Mod, I think - rather different to being a lawyer. Confused

And pray, why would his home details be required?

I've posted in the forum ,using the right of reply . As per instructions of my client ,who can't use this forum ,in consequence of the low blows of somebody who makes acusations using a screen name. Now , I have to ask you Monty ,if you are trying somehow to imply that I'm a scammer?

If you would like details to go public ,I have no problem with that ,because now you are addressing directly to me.But before we do that ,you'll have to let me know who you are also ,and on what authority grounds are you making such demands.

If you want to have a private chat ,on who I am and what I do ,it's not problem.

Robi, nice of you to join us.

I see you are new here. How did you hear about us and this specific thread. it's a cracking co-incidence.

Are you saying that the company turned £1500 to £3000 in 2 weeks.

how did they manage that?

did you reinvest with them? If not, why not?

Monty, what I'm not is a sitting duck. You are playing a "would be" dangerous game. Being the Agent Provocateur ,but without coming out of the shadow ...I've invited you for a informal chat off line, but cowardly playing the Devils Lawyer ,you kept quiet as a mouse ,typical and convenient . It's very easy to pretend ,that you are a Judge in the supreme court, but let me tell you, aren't!
I have a work to do ,I don't have time to play moderator on site that doesn't give any contact for a formal complaint to be sent. But we found that Gumtree official address is Richmond ,and may be ,just may be I'll just waste a bit more of my time finding who really is behind "montyzuma".

Well why not give us the name of your 'legal company'? Or at least an e-mail address? We only want to verify that your telling the truth. I mean a GENUINE e-mail address not a free e-mail address. GENUINE solicitors have genuine e-mail addresses with their company name.com etc.
Come on then tell us???? Laughing
