Please beware of this person
Whose claiming to be polish, 23 yrs old, PR graduate -
She claims to have an impressive accomodation: room to rent.
She has a job in bradford and would like an immediate tenant to move in.
She will not speak to you on the phone or give out her mobile phone number.
She will agree to arrange a viewing date with you and on
the day of viewing she wants cash payment from you of £300 and another £350 cash payment.
ITS A SCAM !!!!! |

Am not the owner of the flat. Its a 2 bedroom flat and its rent i have paid till December 2009 and i would love to sublet a room in the flat cos i wouldnt want the flat been empty as am not always around except on occasions and some weekends.
My landlord does know am subletting a room in the flat and he has given me the go-ahead.
Am a 23yrs old professional Polish lady with a degree in public relations. I have been in U.k for 3 yreas now. I am cool, clean, nice, caring, kind, honest, easy going, down to earth with a good sense of humor and am seeking a flatmate with the same qualities.
I would be willing to come around tommorow to arrange a viewing, have you sign the rental agreement and also hand over the keys of the flat to you, if you can come up with a proof to show that you are serious about renting a flat, you do have the money of the rents with you and my coming down wont be a waste of my time and effort. Cos i have had series of instances like this in the past whereby i come around and its either the flat seekers arent serious about renting a flat or they dont have the money of the rents with them. |

When I quizzed her online that I would like to see her passport for verification when I arrived at the property - she disappear online !!!
She longer communicated with me online - which she was quite keen to do prior to asking her the above question.
Her name's popped up on other renting web sites - I seem to recall now !

Thanks for your kind remind. I also received similar email from this person. The email address agnyflat4rent@gmail.com is very strange. As I know, any email address ending with @gmail.com can't be registered any more since last september. So it should exist at least about 10 months. The following is email reply.

My flat is very comfortable fully furnished located on The Parade, Roath, Cardiff, South Glamorgan CF24 3AB
With washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, Gas central heating, telephone, TV points and Internet access(broadband),off street parking, rear garden with barbecue, cooking utensils and bedding supplied, Storage, Large kitchen.
The flat would be rented out for £400 per month(all bills and tax inclusive) and a refundable deposit of £500 is also required. In case you not seeking immediate accommodation, Kindly email back and i would have it reserved for you.

I really would love to resolve this ASAP, Please no time wasters email back stating your interest.
