found a website called tenant guarantee, from what i can gather the tenant pays like an insurance premium and it covers the deposit instead of having to front one up.
two things then..........
1 does anyone know anything about these, experience of them etc
2 any landlords out there who would take one???? got a 2 bed anything, anywhere???

Before I looked into it, I assumed you were referring to the deposit guarantee that some council's provide for Housing Benefit claimants insurance against rent arrears provided for landlords.
