when its a single room with a double bed in it ! what is with that ? Charging £120 a week plus bills for a pokey little room with minimal storage space. I swear i have brain damage from looking at these crummy rooms !

If you are looking at a room its worth asking if they have a H.M.O. certificate which is required if more than 3 people are sharing a house. owner can be fined big bucks if they dont have one.
