I am looking to purchase 2-3 domain names that are www.????.co.uk
I already have my own webspace and e-mail.
All I am looking for is something reliable, which can give me a masked domain name (that covers my own website address in the http brower toolbar), and the same with an e-mail address of my domain name.
Duration of contract could be 1,2,3 years.
Is a bit of a minefield when searching for domain names, any recommendations, or information on what service you are using would be greatly appreciated. |

| www.123-reg.co.uk allows you to have web forwarding and email forwarding for free, a .co.uk domain will cost you about £8 for 2 years. |

Thanks Odin, I have now set up a 123-reg domain name as seemed fairly cheap and a few people recommended them.
Seems very good to me apart from a few e-mail forwarding probs because of spam issues. Nobody happens to have experience of 123-reg domains do they and using SPF records on their DNS ? |

I have had trouble with some internet hosts, I would say to avoid streamline.net
They took my money, and never gave me the ftp reg name and password, and getting in touch with them was a nightmare.
I then found :
http://www.1and1.co.uk
And they are brilliant, easy to contact, and with fast responses |
