Its "dog-eat-dog" & survival of the fittest out there. If someone has the innicitive & guts to go for it then they should be applauded. The whingers/whiners/cry-babies/whistle-blowers should put-up & shut-up or else do something to improve their situation. Everyone's destiny is in their own hands, if you want something in life its up to you to go out and take it...

err... no. Anyone who shops someone and hides behind a cloak of annonominty is nothing but scum and derseves all that is coming to them. Interestingly it seems that from a recent House of Lords & high court ruling today the days oof the sneaky, faceless grass is numbered. I for one am delighted about that. Expect to see a few worried do-gooders, curtain-twitchers, cry-babies & general grasses in the near future.

My point stands. It's ok to screw the Govt over, as the Landlord may be doing, but not ok for someone to screw him over? So, the tennant should come out and tell the bloke? Fair enough. But, shouldn't the landlord come out and tell the tennant that he's screwing the system? And tell the council? I mean, imagine someone who screws the system and hides behind a cloak of annonominty is nothing but scum, and deserves all that is coming to them, no? Wink

ie, those who grass especially whilst hiding their identitybehind a phone-line or letter are just cowardly scum & deserve what they get.....
If the landlord is screwing over inland revenue then thats his/her problem & if they get caught its hard luck. However to be caught by annonomyous shopping/grassing etc is a disgrace & I look forward(thanks to recent high court/hose of lords rulling) to the day when a person who has been grassed up gets to look that scumbag rass in the eye accross the courtroom. The days of the annonomyous squealer/whistle-blower is coming to an end & my money is that there will be a massive drop in grassing & "the chicken is always quiet when confronted".

To get back to the thread in hand the person should sort things out via a face-toface discussion with the landlord & decide whats best from there, whether to sort things out & keep going on or to move out and leave it at that. No silly phone-calls or whistle-blowing.

Anyhow for Weeowen(if that name sounds retarded!) & Cov let me award you both gold & silver(up to you to decide who gets what)medals for your "special olympic" victory in online forum debating. Again, nobody cares or gives a fuck
