| I've been doing judo for some years now. I love it but would like to take up another art as well. Anyone out there with any advice? Especially interested to hear from people who've been to any of the wing chun or BJJ clubs in the area though all welcome. Cheers guys |

twice now as i've been walking in the centre of town i've had someone give me a flyer for the Bushido Academy of Martial Artists (could of been the same person).....
speaking for myself i'm not very knowledgable about martial arts, i was more interested in doing something that promotes physical exercise and disipline, rather than learning how to fight, and the idea of going to the gym just to lift chunks of metal and run on the spot...well it doen't enthuse me....
which is why i visited this particular bushido website mentioned on the flyer (details below)....haven't done more than that mind you...i may well end up in some bloody gym...

I actually know a guy that goes to bushido. It sounds like an interesting syllabus but don't think it's for me. Let me know how you find it though.
To be honest if fitness is your primary concern I'd recommend judo - it's better exercise than pretty much anything except full-on MMA and, as it's grappling, it won't leave you with too many black eyes |

| Not sure what organisation it is but I think there's a TKD class at Bishop Challoner sports centre in Kings Heath |
