might want to change that to say 3-4 days?
i post on saturday morning it appears on tuesday afternoon.
I post something else on tuesday morning and it still hasn't appeared by friday.

so could someone either fix the content manager or just update that message so people don't feel arsed around?

hmm the last option of the poll didn't appear... how ironic.

it was: a "delay" implies that it actually appears you muppet.

I just posted a couple of free ads on adtrader and I had to wait 3 days.

I accept thats how it goes if I'm gonna be a cheap skate or advertise something on a zero budget.

If you want your ad to be posted pronto there is a facility on gumtree and ad trader and other such websites where you can pay for a different service which gets more priority.

I could understand complaining if you had paid for your ads, however I do agree with gums it would be better just to remove the 3-4 hours statement as thats not close to an accurate reflection.

You should try making a free listing for a website with search engines, especially the big ones yahoo and google. It takes up to 12 weeks they state, (and thats if your lucky), it often may just get lost in the system and not processed at all.
