Actually getting an advert placed

Is it actually possible to post an ad in the "Casual Relationships" section now?
I've frequently advertised in this section with no problems in the past. I tried to advertise last week and was informed that my ad would not be placed until I received an activation code - within the next 24 hours. I believe I placed the ad last Thursday (I didn't expect to be having to keep track of it so tightly) I've yet to receive this code(Or a rejection, either).
I've emailed, twice - with no result.
Has anyone any ideas on how to get through to them?

you wont get through to the admin thats one thing if you do they take forever the activate code goes to your email you click it and then it activates it but dont no if you got that message or what message you got in your email if you got any that is from gumtree the number of people on here regarding adds seems to be riseing..

You might want to check your spam box as sometimes our emails get delivered there.

Otherwise it might be something you need to check with your email provider.
