BERLIN (Reuters) - A man tore the head from a controversial waxwork figure of Adolf Hitler on the opening day of Berlin's Madame Tussauds museum on Saturday, police said.
Just minutes after the museum opened, the 41-year-old German man pushed aside two security men guarding the exhibit.
"Then he went over to the figure and ripped off the head," a police spokesman said.
The man tore off the head in protest at the exhibit, the spokesman added. The police were alerted and arrested the man, who did not resist. He was being investigated for assault and damaging property. |

What the self-righteous prick won't have realised though, as he was led away in hand cuffs, is that the forces of socialism killed far more people in the 20th century than Hitler ever did.
It is impossible to talk about German history without mentioning Hitler. The Nazi regime happened - it cannot be undone. The sooner we realize that today's Germans are not responsible for past atrocities, the sooner we will be able to have rational, grown up debates about history - without silly little liberals behaving like children. |

The mass bombing raids that killed hundreds of thousands of German civilians - right at the end of the war when the Germans were already beaten - weren't entirely his fault.
Dresden, April 1945.
