I would like to bring your attention to a Landlord or the lowest and devious level of humanity one, can imaging!

The person accused is a Muhammad Mehrban, of 51 Bennets Road, Brum.
It concerns a rented accomodation he owns, and how he treats law abing tenants and how he treats favourably, illegal conducted ones.
Though the accomoadation, I'm complaining about is not in Brum, but one he owns in Surrey!

When one first moved into that accomodation, I discovered, that the place was infested with Rodents! Mouse Droppings where inside and ontop of the cooker,and Micro Wave, as well as the work sufaces. And not suprizing as there where holes, in the cornera and floor, big enough, for a Rat, let alone a Mouse to get through.
He knew, about this, but did nothing. And and was quite happy about this, as the other Tenants, including his "care taker Tenant" (by word of mouth, no legal binding contract) did nothing legaly to get him to do something about it. (They did not even write him letters, so he knew they had no legal proof to prove anything. Word of mouth, amounts to nothing!)
So he liked people like that, who did not cost him money, when it came to repairs.
Then I came in the scene. As mentioned earlier, not only was the kitchen home to the Rodents, but I found out my room was too!
I soon started writing letters to him. He never replied, but verbally said it COST MONEY, to do these things! Also my room window, which faces, an main Road, had the hinge broken, which meant it could only half close. This was like that, months before I aquired the room, but he had done nothing about it. Any one from out side, could have simply stepped into the garden, used a crow bar, and open open my window.
He got it repaired a month later, after he had acumilated a months worth of my rent.
After doing nothing about the rodents and thier holes and telling me to use Brillow Pads, to block up the holes, I got a Solicitor on him.
He got started to get things done.
THough as that was being sorted, an more serious problem was emerging.
His Care Taker Tenant has turned out to be the complete World opposite.
He thought he owed the house.
He played music, so loud, and all times of the day, with his room door open, curculating the music, though the whole house.
He tried to exstract money from other Tenants and expected one to clean out the toilet him, and his pals, had blocked up.
He also had a key to other Tenants rooms!
When I did not submit to his rules and complained about his music, he spent the next fives months, trying to make my life a hell.
He slept all day, and woke at night, when I returned home, to play music, and keep me a wake all night untill the mornings.
Kept switching off my electricity supply.
Sitting on the stair case in the mornings, listening and wating for me to come out of my room!
Watching me go to the Toliet!
He has been arrested by the Police!
Though dispite all this the Landlord protects him, simply because he likes people who are dumb!
Infcat I have proof to show,, that the LANDLORD IS PARTIALLY encouraging this other Tenant, to harrass me!
So avoid this Landlord at all costs
