I'm asking on behalf of a pal who's laid out the best part of £2K on a bed at one of their London stores...
and they've had the wrong matress delivered, other parts of the bed were missing and now Dreams plc won't return phone calls, emails or letters...
It's been a several weeks and despite promising to resolve the matter not a damn thing's happened.
Experiences, advice as to their next action would be great. |

| that's easy init , if it was from a shop , just go bk to the shop and kick up a fuss , make a noise and say you ain't leaving until your happy , start telling every customer in the shop what's up and how you have been blanked by phone , e mail etc and how crap your bed was and no one is happy to help sort it out . the shop will do everything they can to sort it out there and then , they don't wanna lose customers do they. |
