For Sharm el Sheik you can't see the pyrimads without doing a full day trip to Cairo. You can get really good deals with lastminute.com to Sharm and anywhere is good to stay at (it is only little)
You can fly from Gatwick to Sharm. Sharm is cheap - has good watersports including diving and snorkling
Other than that you can get a flight to Goa in India, and you can live on £2 a day in India no worries, Goa has good beaches, and is cheap
