Ski Season in Canada

Hey!!

I'm looking at doing a months worth of travelling through the US before making my way up to Canada to work a ski season. Can someone tell me the best mountains to work on? Maybe a website i can look at. When does the season open up? October?!

I would recommend working out of Banff in the Canadian Rockies as you have a choice of about 5 resorts from there.
I have skied there for a number of years, and due to the excellent snowfall and height of the resorts can Ski oct/Nov through to about June although generally in June its only really avilable in the mornings.
Banff is in the national park about 2 -21/2 hours from Calgary Airport
