theres been a lot said on here about the pros and cons of mlm companies
funny enough the only ones who say its a good thing are those trying to promote it |

All depends on which company you're with and the products and services they provide.
I've looked at (and been approached by) companies in the past. And I looked at all of them 'cos I'm always interested in new ventures but tbh, they've mostly been reliant on downline sales and distributor retention for a reliable income so, not interested in having to constantly try and recruit. I also wasn't happy about the desperate methods used to recruit! Constantly trying to plug holes that departing distributors leave is not my idea of fun nor is it my idea of maintaining a residual income.
Some of the things I've seen to recruit were quite horrible and I was ashamed ( not of me because I didn't use these tactics but other people).
If I feel someone is not right for the business, for whatever reason,I don't recruit. And I tell them why. End of. |
