Hey guys,
Well... were moving to London in exactly 10 weeks! And have been checking out this site for months now! 
Just want to find out a couple of things...
We have accomm for the first two weeks and in that time need to find a job and a place to live! 
Are we being realistic? Are we going to be able to find somewhere to live in that short time? Do most house-share's require you to have a job to let out a room? How much is the usual bond/ money upfront required? And how long are the usual leases?
What happens if you need to get out of your lease? Like, what if you dont get along with your flat mates?! 
If anyone can tell me anything!!! About renting in London that would be ace! We really have nooooo idea what to expect at all!
Any tips of the trade would be appreciated!
