I have recently got a placement in london and am looking for some relatively affordable accommodation. I'm waiting for confirmation but have been told i'm going to be based in Embankment or Southwark Towers most likely the latter!
Does anyone know any relatively affordable accommodation or  can give any advice on these or the surrounding areas? Any advice is greatly received!!

Some of the Universities rent rooms in their halls over summer. Have a look on www.TravelStay.com for cheap London accommodation.

Hello
This is where i stayed when i came last year to do a short course in summer in london. It is called John Cass Hall. I truely enjoyed my stay and was the cheapest in that zone with very good transport facilities. |
