This asshole has been making a living out of conning tenants - most of them foreigners. He never gives the deposit back to any of his tenants

for the last 3 or 4 years I 've seen many complaints in this forum but keeps changing his contact details and never put his name in his Ad

He pretents to be working for an agency but it's only him

i have a friend who stayed in his place

he lied about `electricity bills being included` at first...
apparently at first he said all in, and then he wanted anythiing from another 20 a week for that

he didnt give deposit back

accused an electrical fault of being back `too many plugs were used at once` yeh right

AND..... there was a mouse problem in the house

All his tenants come from Gumtree . I emailed them, reported his ads but none of their mods cares: may be Gumtree is supposed to be for scammers and spammers
