The 'mistake' made by other people was more of a biological thing than a logical one.
Basically, they shouldn't have tried to become instructors in the first place and it doesn't matter who they decided to screw it up with.
The Instructor College is the worst possible choice if you plan on signing up to a £3,500 loan, then try to get out of it 6 months or so down the line.
As far as being trained goes, The Instructor College is as good (or bad) a choice as any other - it has ORDIT registered trainers and it delivers what it advertises.
All problems are down to the people signing up. You won't get mollycoddled whoever you go with and TIC is no exception. TIC will train you forever until you pass for no extra fee (though having to wait 2 years between each 3 tries is a bit of a bummer).
And becoming an instructor is not easy (96% failure rate), so make damned sure you know what is involved and you are going to try hard. |
