I have spent the last couple of months wading through the 'Flatshare Offered' in the 'North London' section of the gumtree website. To make browsing easier, I was wondering whether it would be possible to state the location of the room first, before the add description - as this would mean that the locations remain in the same line to the left hand side (adjacent to the price) making them quicker to scroll through.

I usually return to the search pages later on in the day - it would also be really useful to know the time the ads were posted, so that I don't end up wasting time going through the same pages of ads twice!

That said, I have found Gumtree the most extensive and useful house-hunting website, and have had several potential leads from it (but unfortunately many other people have had the same leads too!). Cheers.
