I know Im silly but left the lights on in my car and the battery is dead!
I couldnt join to RAC or AA yet as I havent received my ownesrhip paper from DVLA.
Can I call them anyway?Will it be expensive?

You can call them but you'll have to join and it's around £40 (if memory serves)... plus they may charge extra for the call out, but you may as well phone them and ask.
But why not just go to a local motorist store, buy a battery, and put it in yourself? It only involves two or three nuts and a spanner. |

Don't forget they don't replace things like this, either. They just tow you home (or to a garage) and expect you to get the car fixed as it suits you. Its breakdown cover not repair cover.

Oh, it's £29.00 if you buy online by the looks of it - that's for basic roadside cover. |

| Well just recharge it then - or easier still, get someone to give you a jumpstart and it will charge up again if you take it for a run (just don't stall it). |

Im quite good with stalling (new driver,first car,drove it just 2 x) |
