hi there,
me and my partner have been together for over 3 years he is in turkey and im in the uk we c each other as much as possible and really want to be together but we still cant get a visa for him come to the uk we have tried twice already and now dont no what to do..
the next trip is arranged for september and this time we plan to marry in turkey if we can hopefully my divorce will be finshed and we can go ahead with the marriage,but am worried that it will get refused again we dont have money to pay an agent as this is truley a love story and ever penny goes on visits..
can someone please help us,we want to be together,we been apart to long already..

Getting married will help. If you have been turned down twice you must know why as they HAVE to tell you why. Then you fix it and try again. Keep all proofs of communication, salary, tenancy agreements etc. Speak with your MP, speak with the British consulate in Turkey and give them hell aswell as the visa section over here in the UK. Do everything on email too so you can track it all. DONT use a solicitor, they just take your money to hand over the paper work. I did all the work to get my hubby home and he was just granted indefinite leave. It has been a long hard struggle but they KNOW who is genuine and who isnt most of the time and they HAVE to weed out those who they think are fake. Keep going, you will be ok in the end.
