MY AD IS CONTINUALLY REMOVED - WHY?

HELP...WHAT IS HAPPENING??? AD 40242289
My ad is continually removed everytime I repost it!!!
Please help I am desperate.
**No I am not a professional landlord.
**No I am not an agent, this is my family home and my son lives there too.
**No I have not posted multiple ads.
**I havent broken ANY of Gumtrees posting rules in any way.
Every time I complain I recieve a bog standard reply. One even told me that all restrictions have been lifted on my ad and this is not true.
This has happened over 20 times now and I am yet to understand why.
I have written to your "help" section over 20 times and always recieve an apology, an assurance it wont happen again, then I renew it and its removed!!!
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN CHANGE WITH MY AD TO STOP YOU DOING THIS. I am a genuine private pandlord who happens to care very much for my tenants.
I have requested several times to speak to someone, please let me speak to someone.

It's there when I checked it.

They've clearly got some filters set up. Something on your end must be getting caught on it. All it takes is a simple e-mail and it'll get sorted. Relax, brudda.

Hey Miso, thanks for reply and yes I know its there now. Problem is everytime I renew (using manage my ad as recommended), the ad is removed. I then have to send email, wait for a response (anything up to 48hrs), they apologise, say it wont happen again, give a variety of excuses such as I am a professional landlord, an agent, I have posted multiple ads, someone is reporting my ad etc, etc, then they put it back on. As I said, as soon as I renew it, it gets taken off.
It is so frustrating and I have written emails to them over 20 times.
I have used Gumtree for various things for over 6yrs and never had a problem before, but now....well I dont know what to say.
I keep asking them what I should do to my ad to stop it happening and I get nothing more than an automated reply.
Any advice?

OH HELP!!!!!!
Someone, anyone at Gumtree PLLLLEEEEEAAASsssseeee check my ad and stop removing it. Everytime I renew it you remove it.
PLEASE tell me what to remove from title/wording or whatever it is that keeps on getting it removed.
Why is there no-one to talk to?
Why doesnt someone at Gumtree give me a straight answer?

It is now over 36hrs since my ad was removed for the 23rd time and again you are saying I am a professional landlord of agent.
I can assure you categorically that I am not and need to fill my room.
PLEASE PUT MY AD ON AND STOP REMOVING IT EVERYTIME I RENEW IT.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO OMIT FROM MY AD TO STOP THIS HAPPENING.

I am so frustrated that I am doing nothng wrong or against Gumtree policies yet when I look in the ROOMS WANTED it is FULL of people advertising their rooms. WHY ARE YOU DOING NOTHING ABOUT THIS YET YOU CONTINUE TO HARRASS ME WHEN i AM ADHERING TO YOUR POLICY?????????????
THis is not fair and not correct AND WILL SOMEBODY AT GUMTREE PLEASE ANSWER ME.

LOTS OF ADVERTISERS ARE COMPLAINING THE SAME AS YOU. GUMTREE

ARE PLAYING LITTLE GAMES NOT ALL OF THEM LEGAL. THERE IS A

COMPLAINT ON FEEDBACK OF GUMTREE TAKING £27 FOR PLACING AN

AD AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE AND NOT PLACING IT. THERE IS NOWHERE

TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE GUMTREE HAVE REMOVED THE "CONTACT US"

LINK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMPLAINING TO GUMTREE. REPORT

Hey Gum-man thanks.
Yes I know about lots of very unhappy people and its a shame because I have used the site for years and used to tell all my friends what a great site it was. Unfortunately it is in the ''was'' as I have completely changed my mind.
I have now given up with Gumtree and paid to place my ad on a professional site - SPAREROOM - that cares about its customers and ensures that posts are placed correctly.

Hi Voodoodoll (and others)

My friends and I have recently tried advertising for people to work within a chocolate business. Some ads have been allowed, some have been deleted - with no explanation at all.

I advertised for party planners/team leaders and they didn't explain anything, just deleted the ads (three in different cities). Oddly, three general ads were allowed !

One friend advertised in six areas and had all ads removed with no explanation!! One ad had been in previously and she updated it and that went as well.

Another just did one ad and thats been left in.

They sometimes have said (as per T&C) that no 'commission only' jobs er.... have they never realised that Avon and Ann Summer ONLY pay on commission and there are dozens for them in every area!!! Bet there are loads of other party planners advertised for as well.

Is there any rhyme or reason for this odd method of deleting some and leaving others?

Oh well, will have to look for somewhere else to advertise, they obviusly don't want business do they Sad

If you have nothing to do with ads, can you please tell me who does and how I can contact them?
Even though you guys have driven me INSANE recently, I would still like the option of using the site if I wish. Now I cannot post ANY AD IN ACCOMMODATION AT ALL!!!!
Whats going on?
