Gov. would like you to believe that they are identity numbers but they are bond tracking numbers of sorts... your BC is worth $$$ as it is a part share holder of the country RSA (Which is a company by the way).
IMF lends money to RSA for interest and then rapes the people... it all starts with that 'legal name' or corporation (which is what it really is).
