Any chance you could put an explicit note on the Post An Add pages explaining that FLAT/HOUSE SHARE is for ROOMS and FLAT/HOUSE RENT is for WHOLE FLATS. You'd think it was pretty clear and i don't want to be nasty but it does seem like there's a good deal of people who need help getting through the day.

You could also point out that Gumtree doesn't charge by the word so saying FLAT AVAILABLE. £500. CALL DAVE is just wasting everybody's time. But that's another rant.

Just wanted to get that off my chest.
