Where the hell in Birmingham, where the hell in London?? Most the time the people that use cities, rather than smaller areas are advertising from outside these cities.. Which can sometimes be too far for the buyer to travel.. It isn't mandotory to enter your exact postcode so sometimes It leaves one to email and ask.. Then wait and wait, to find out the person is 20 miles away.. I mean catching a bus that far isn't an option for most.

Wouldn't searching by postcode distance help this? It's present on most classified sites and is a popular feature.
