Don't buy your phones from o2.

The're absolute shit.
I've ordered a blackberry curve 8900 from them nearly two weeks ago.
The first time it never arrived, I rang the helpline and they asked me to
give them the order number, they said the order was for a blackberry
emerald which was currently out of stock. They already took £7.50 as kind
of a deposit on it, so I changed the order details over the phone at a cost
of another£7.50. They told me the phone would arrive by 5pm today
It hasn't. I am also being told that the money taken as deposits on the
so far non-existent phone is non-refundable.

So fuck them. I will never buy from them again.
