im working for a company at the moment doing tiling, i have been doing it now for 4 years and want to go self imployed, any tips on how to find work? iv got a few jobs but nothing really good?

It depends on what you do, in this climate most companies are staying away from self employed people as they demand higher wages.

try an ad in your local paper to see what demand there is for you. Build it up on weekends.
