Reach out to the likes of Dimension Data, Virgin Media or Synetrix etc (dependant on your networking skills)...look on their sites, call their HR departments and see who their recruiting manager is...Write a covering letter to explain the sort of work you want and attach your CV, send the lot in an email. Chances are, you will be remembered by that person if a suitable role comes up...And as an added bonus, they wouldn't have to pay a recruitment agency fee, so they are more likely to contact you if you fit their needs
Above all, be prepared to move if you have to, to get that first job and start climbing the ladder by gaining experience. |

What do you mean "sustain?" Are you getting interviews but getting a panic attack or something before they come to their natural end?
Given this is not the case, email me your CV and I might be able to offer some advice. If you are any good, live in commuting distance, not on a limited work permit and no psychological problems, I might even be able to give you an interview |

| Volunterring can be good. Phone round local non-profits to see if they need an IT/web type person so that you can at least get some relevant experience on your CV. |
