| Camp Leaders sounds like a company who should be supportive to the people who pay them money (YOU AND ME). DON'T BE FOOLED!! All they do is receive commission from the camp for placing you there. Once you are there you're on your own. The camp my son went to was overstaffed and decided after 4 weeks of a 9 week contract to ask him to leave without warning. He was on his own and very stressed out as Camp Leaders offered very little in the way of support. After spending a number of nights on the streets he eventually got a flight home. Camp Leaders very quickly sent an invoice to him demanding payment for the remainder of his contract. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CAMP LEADERS CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING. In doing this you will understand how they have no interest in what goes on in the camps they send you to. It states that if you have any grievence with the camp then you have to deal with it yourself and Camp Leaders have no responsibility regarding any outcome. This whole exercise which should be a good experience for young adults has turned into a nightmare not mentioning being OUT OF POCKET BY SEVERAL HUNDRED POUNDS. Please be very careful if you decide to use Camp Leaders, be prepared for the worst and then anything else is a bonus. |

| Hi, we are extremely dissapointed to hear that your son did not have the summer that he expected to have. We would like to contact your self regarding the matter and not have a "battle" across an internet message board, regarding this case. Would it be possible for you to call the UK office to discuss the matter in private. The number to call is 01517086868, thanks and we look forward to hearing from you soon. |

If it is they who arrange the trips then they have a legal obligation to carry out , doesn't matter what they put in the small print .
Take them to the small claims court and the issue would get resolved there |
