Gumtree - how genuine and competent is Gumtree as a business.

I’m currently experiencing problems from Gumtree with regards to an activation email for a personal ad, and Gumtree won’t even answer my emails.

My ad is with rules, good moral, sincere, genuine, normal ad; however, Gumtree won’t do anything about it after 4 days of emails.

No the emails are not going into junk or anywhere else.

I’m now having my email box investigated to establish whether there is any political tampering - I’m a political critic / writer in my spare time - I mention politics in the ad.

Personally, it appears that Gumtree is at fault !

I had a problem with ‘3’ and they took my money; however, they were not giving what was suggested by their advertising,; therefore, taking monies and giving little or nothing for it.

Eventually I ‘forced them’ to provide what they claimed, and to clean-up their act - I now have a wonderful connection and good business with ‘3’.

Maybe it is time that we put Gumtree in a similar position, name, shame, embarrass them as a business and ‘force them’ to run a good / competent business; failing this, let‘s have an explanation from Gumtree as to what‘s going on.

Gumtree, I personally warn you, you delete this message then that is proof enough to everyone that you have something to hide !!!

You offer a free ad; therefore, you should fulfil your promise - just one example - I can come up with many more.

You should answer your mail to your customers; however, you do not, this is another example of incompetent business practice - I can post many more examples.

I warn you, you ever take my money and fail to fulfil the contract, I’ll destroy your business, I promise you, and any other business interests you have - can‘t do too much to me as a private individual, I promise you.

If I can ‘challenge and threaten them at the top politically and win’ - you’re just a walk in the park.

Please sort out your business, or close it down!

Admin, thank you for now looking into this problem; however, asking nice was not getting anywhere - days later, nice was nowhere, nice was nothing - negative.

I have read quite a bit of what’s posted, and from what I did read it appears that ‘your staff / business’ does not sort much out at all - appears to be so!

I’m not being unreasonable; furthermore, maybe you should view it from a customers standpoint / viewpoint, as if you fail to contact the customer, the customer can only guess / seek info elsewhere.

I find when one threatens / insults it provokes a response; however, not always a nice response, but it’s a starting point in solving a problem, a problem that may well of been ignored / dismissed otherwise.

My tactics work very well I assure you, and I’ve used it against public offices and services, not forgetting politicians since 1998, and I’m scoring / achieving well - I’m doing a great job in rebuilding politics for the good of all our futures.

Anyone can do a Google search; however, don't believe everything you see / read, Google only chooses to load what they do; furthermore, I have many writings and critics that you'll find if you search hard enough.

As I write, I do not belong to an one political party or group.

I did not post the original message to get involved in politics and or to promote myself, as I don’t need to, I’m already very well known , achieving, and have much respect in the ‘correct circles in which I operate’.

I have achieved my aim with my postings, and my ads problem is now solved by the most helpful and competent staff at Gumtree.

As for the one or two insults (normal) that follow from various, I’m not that gullible and ignorant; furthermore, I’ll not bother going down that alley - too well experienced.

Gumtree your business is a disgrace - totally unreliable and incompetent.

Ads come and go as you please, no one knows what the next person is doing, and it appears that your business is dishonest to say the least.

I no longer want to do business with your company; furthermore, I will certainly be sharing my experiences with many other customers / prospective customers.

I’ve never in my whole life experienced such a bad business as Gumtree.

I've asked that you remove me from your system.
