Please do not agree to rent a room from this couple - so far we have found 5 adverts on Gumtree and have asked for their successful removal. They are taking deposits and rent and then intimidating the people into leaving, sometimes they don't even let the person into the property when it comes to move in date. They constantly change the locks on our property and have stopped us gaining access to it, making up inordinate excuses. So far we have found a number of people who have been hit with this scam and we are doing all we can to stop and evict these people. Our rental agreement is with them and not with anyone else. If you have rented from them and have had problems then please contact us urgently so that we can pass your details on to the relevant authorities and get justice for you.
