Having problems posting an ad for a gym buddy

Whats going on with Gumtree? Tried to post a couple of ads looking for a gym buddy in Southside of Glasgow but they were removed. When I contacted Gumtree they advise they were against posting rules and that I was being "suspended".
When I queried it - twice - I got no response from Gumtree.
Seems rather weird considering ads that are being allowed in other categories offering people money for their time. Can anyone shed any light?

In a nutshell, Gumtree is a very screwed up site and they give a very poor service to customers either paying or free.

They allow illegal stuff like prostitution and money scams but normal ads from normal folk they do not like. Admin is basically a lot of crap so do not hold your breath.

Hey, do you have an ad reference for me and I'll look into. This is the only way I can know for sure what went on

as gumtree also stated that my access had been restricted would that also mean that any ads I reply to are blocked?

OK cool, just sorted this out for you. You were on a ban for a previous ad that was against terms. Please make sure you are aware of these when posting ads.

You are unbanned and 43339821 is live again

Hi, my ad my ad 46098648 keeps getting deleted or I can't access to renew or edit it for no reason! At the moment it's on the site as below but I'm blocked from renewing or editing it.
