I am interested in doing some work as a nanny and have been in contact with a family that are interested in taking me on.
I know they will be doing all the necessary checks on me to make sure that their children will be safe, but what checks should I be doing on them?

Does anyone have advice on how to make sure the parents are going to treat me right too? E.g. correct pay on time, reasonable notice for extra hours, expectations around the house, and so on.
