Gumtree not posting my ads

I posted an ad on the 7th sep offering a repair service for iPods psp etc

I received the below email stating it was going live but it never did,

My account was frozen also for no given reason and i have been unable to post any further ads since then,

I posted the ad in business services/Computer/telecom/freelance and stated my local area as wexford.

I have listed this ad in the past with no problems, but have been unable to do so for the last while.

also everytime i visit the gumtree site on my home pc it causes explorer to crash and freeze, I post all my ads on my home pc

I am posting this on my work pc which I am having no problems with.

is it possible for gumtree to bar an ip address from there site ???

I would like to know why my ads are not going live and also why my account has been frozen??

I have to agree with you - some of gumtree's practises are odd - ok for some but not for all the way I see it with is so unfair!!

Thanks for the support,

I have even sent this post to gumtree for them to review it and for them to give me a reason for them frezzing my account but as of today i still have not received any reply,

Whenever I used to put items up for sale on gumtree the amount of scammers i would get was unreal, yet nothing can be done about them, yet a person using the site as it should be is kicked off and no reason given,

Any further help on this matter ??

Ah, it turns out you have been blocked for offering to jailbreak / unlock phones which is against our terms of service. This is why the admins have blocked you

Yes a long time ago i was opffering that service but if your were to look at my newest listing offering my service I no longer offer that service
